Joe received his B.A. from the University of Nebraska and his J.D. from the University of Colorado  Law School. His professional accomplishments and global experience working in countries throughout Europe, Eastern Europe and Asia Pacific are extensive. As the former CEO at CQG, Joe created a profitable strategy to develop a suite of SaaS products to give commodities traders such as the Singapore and London Stock exchanges their competitive edge.

Currently Joe heads up his own management consulting firm, Schroeter Consulting in Denver whose focus is on whole organization transformation while synching strategy, capability and culture to help companies change the life experience of their employees and customers.  His primary objective is helping global corporate leaders who are challenged by complex changes at the organization, strategic and business model level, working to design and develop technology that is human centered while inspiring and creating improvements in the lives of business leaders, their families and communities.
