Home sales in metro Denver contributed $22 billion in economic activity, according to the Denver Metro Association of Realtors.

A report issued by DMAR last week shows that $17.5 billion was spent on homes in the metro area during 2014, and another $4.4 million in secondary economic impact stemmed from home buying.
