A new article from CNN Money ranks Colorado as the 4th most Entrepreneurial state in the Union, following only Arizona, Texas and California. The rankings are taken from the Kauffman Index of Entrepreneurial Activity, which is published by the Kauffman Foundation.  According to the Kauffman Foundation, “The Kauffman Index of Entrepreneurial Activity measures the rate of business creation at the individual owner level.
