The website Moneyrates.com puts Colorado high up on its list of the best states in which to make a living.
The rankings are based on a handful of factors, including average salary, employment rate and the cost of living. After taking all that into account, Moneyrates put Washington first, followed by Texas and Minnesota. Colorado was fourth.
