Not only did an annual rating place Denver at the top of the list for economic development and jobs, three other Colorado cities also made it into the top twenty.

The state of Colorado is doing well economically according to a report by  Area Development magazine. The magazine looked at 375 cities and metro areas in the United States in order to compile its list of places that are “creating jobs and nurturing sustainable economic development.”

Of the 375 cities and metro areas rated, the Denver-Aurora-Broomfield metro area topped the list as number one. Meanwhile, the Greely area, Boulder area and Denver-Aurora-Broomfield metro area also made top twenty.
