Tracy Jenkins Winchester is the Executive Director of the Five Points Business District where she is responsible for initiating redevelopment opportunities. Prior to this, she was the Founder, President, and CEO of CoLours TV where she led the success of this multicultural television network by building it from a regional audience of 250,000 19 years ago to 17 million households nationwide. A 27-year cable television veteran, Ms. Winchester has held several executive and management positions in programming and marketing at the corporate headquarters of Jones Intercable, Inc. and the regional office for Fox Family Channel.
