Forbes is out with its latest annual ranking of the nation’s 20 fastest growing cities in terms of population and economic growth — and Denver has jumped higher on the list.
Metro Denver ranks No. 6 in Forbes’ 2014 estimation, up from No. 16 on the 2013 list.
Forbes says Denver’s population growth rate was 1.75 percent last year, but the ranking isn’t solely based on population increase.
