This holiday season, the Beta Mu chapter of Gamma Iota Sigma (GIS) at the University of Colorado Denver Business School partnered with the Colorado CPCU Society to generously support Children’s Hospital of Colorado Holiday Toy Drive. University of Colorado Denver Business School students, faculty, and staff supported the toy drive at the Business School, and the Colorado CPCU Society generously joined in and directed their November and December philanthropy dollars to the worth endeavor. At All Industry Day, Gayle Hise of Colorado CPCU had a large box for donations, which attendees filled to overflowing.
In addition to toys, the Colorado CPCU Society members generously donated more than $300 toward the purchase of toys for children who are spending the holidays in Children’s Hospital.
“This was a worthy endeavor that Beta Mu undertook last year, and we wanted to carry on the holiday tradition this year,” said GIS Beta Mu president Scott Hammer. “We really appreciate Colorado CPCU Society supporting our efforts this year. It is really great that we can partner with them to benefit Children’s Hospital of Colorado and bring holiday cheer to kids during the holidays.”
We would like to thank the generous Colorado and Pikes’ Peak CPCU Societies, as well as GIS Beta Mu chapter for helping make the holidays merry and bright for the children of Children’s Hospital of Colorado.
