Two Colorado ski resorts were named among the best of the best, according to Forbes’ third annual “Top 10 Ski Resorts in North America for 2015.”
Forbes’ ranking, which ranks resorts in both the U.S. and Canada, takes into account a number of factors, including quality and quantity of snow, skiable acreage, reliability of lifts, and town and ambiance.
Vail nabbed the No. 7 spot, and Telluride came in at No. 8.
“This resort is the centerpiece of a $3.1 billion (market cap) public company in Vail Resortsthat keeps growing, every year ingesting more flagship resorts,” said Forbes of Vail in the ranking.
