CU Denver Business School Faculty Member Named Life Fellow of AHRI
Dr. Wayne Cascio, the Robert H. Reynolds Chair in Global Leadership and Professor of Management at the University of Colorado Denver Business School was recently named a Life Fellow of the Australian Human Resources Institute (AHRI).This is a prestigious appointment, as there are currently only 33 living Life Fellows of AHRI. In fact, AHRI Life Fellowship is the most distinguished award the institute bestows. Read more

$300,000 gift to CU Denver Business School program will help develop risk management and insurance workforce
DENVER—The Surplus Lines Association of Colorado has committed $300,000 to the Risk Management and Insurance (RMI) program at University of Colorado Denver Business School. The gift will endow a scholarship fund and underwrite an international Risk Management and Insurance travel course that will help the program develop students who will graduate prepared to join the insurance industry workforce. CoBank Donates $2.5 Million to Business School
Gift will support programs at Center for Commodities DENVER – A strong knowledge base and commodities workforce is key to our nation’s future and to Colorado’s economy. But no university has offered a comprehensive academic program incorporating industries as diverse as energy, agriculture and mining. To fill this gap, the University of Colorado Denver Business School will launch a Center for Commodities in Spring 2012 to educate commodities professionals and expand knowledge in this area of study.
