Alex Fletcher (BSBA ’19) was well on his way to pursuing his lifelong dream of becoming a professional athlete – making semi-professional status and racing for CU Cycling – when a horrible crash left him on bedrest for months.

As a first-generation student, Bryant Burciaga has always had a go-getter, entrepreneurial mindset. From an early age, Bryant’s parents instilled in him the importance of earning a college degree and that was his motivation from the start.
He was offered a scholarship from Colorado State University in Fort Collins where he initially started his college career. Read more
Alumnus Patrick Lytle has always loved accounting, even since high school. “I took an accounting class in high school and really enjoyed it. The teacher was great, made it interesting, and I found myself working ahead in the book because I liked it so much,” he said.
Pat received his undergraduate degree in accounting from the University of Kansas. After graduation, he moved back to Denver and got a full-time position at Deloitte as a public accountant. Read more
