Alum stages growth of his “fast-casual” Indian restaurant
Business School alum, Amar Singh, has earned a feature story in the Denver Business Journal’s “Startups” section. A 2001 graduate (MBA, MS Finance), Amar saw a niche when he launched Bombay Bowl, a “fast-casual” restaurant in Centennial that is changing the perception of Indian cuisine. Based on the success of his first quick-serve eaterie, which offers light, simple dishes that are healthy and fresh, Amar is readying for expansion to 25 locations around the Denver metro area.
