Raised on her family’s goat farm in Elizabeth, Colorado, Cassie Bennett never expected to land an internship with one of the top 10 accounting firms in the US upon graduation. For Daniel Pliego, months of hard work as an intern turned into a full-time job offer with Blue Moon Digital, a full semester before receiving his diploma. Danielle Johannes has been on quite the journey to becoming a graduate of the CU Denver Business School. Her family moved around a lot, which is how she attended three different high schools. Immediately following high school graduation, she joined the army and served a two-year term in Korea. Sipe, earning his BSBA in both Accounting and Finance, is enjoying every minute of his undergraduate experience this time around.
