Dean’s Super Merit Scholarship The Dean’s Super Merit Scholarship is designed to reward students who earn high GMAT scores. Achieving high scores on the GMAT is difficult, and the Business School recognizes this by offering a scholarship for CU Denver Business School students who score highly on the GMAT. Students from the University of Colorado Denver Business School are competing for the first time in the annual CME Group Commodity Trading Challenge. The challenge pits teams from Universities around the world in a competition trading on Crude Oil, Gold and Corn Futures in, with teams compiling the greatest returns advancing to a championship round.  Read more

U.S. News and World Report recently published an article that should be good news for students of the University of Colorado Business School and recent alumni. According to the article, job prospects for business school graduate are the best they have been since 2003, with 92 percent of 2012 graduates finding employment within three months of graduation. Local Denver company Udi’s, which is well known for its breads, gluten-free products, and granola, will be opening a new café in the University of Colorado Denver Business School Building. The location will be the company’s fifth café, but will the prototype for their new Juice Bar, Café and Bakery concept. Udi’s Juice Bar will open in the Business School building at 1475 Lawrence Street on January 22^nd, 2013.  Read more
