Business School alum, Amar Singh, has earned a feature story in the Denver Business Journal’s “Startups” section.  A 2001 graduate (MBA, MS Finance), Amar saw a niche when he launched Bombay Bowl, a “fast-casual” restaurant in Centennial that is changing the perception of Indian cuisine.
