Undergraduate students at the University of Colorado Denver Business School now have the opportunity to enroll in dual degree programs to obtain their MS in Information Systems or their MS in Accounting in addition to their bachelor degrees. Students pursuing an undergraduate degree in accounting can apply for the BS/MS Accounting 4+1 degree program. The Business Fundamentals Minor at the CU Denver Business School was designed to give non- business students tools they would need in their given fields. These students can also take individual courses without completing the full program. One such student is Jeanell Taylor, a senior psychology major at CU Denver. On February 5, 2015 CU Denver Business Career Connections hosted the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City.  The informational session which welcomed four professionals from the bank, highlighted the various career and internship opportunities with the nation’s central bank. University of Colorado Denver Business School’s Beta Alpha Psi (BAP), the honor society for accounting and financial information students, held a “Meet the Firms” with these organizations at the Tivoli Turnhalle September 19. This year was the greatest number of firms and the largest turnout of attending students and alumni. Fifteen of the top 20 accounting firms in Denver chose to find their talent at the CU Denver Business School.  Read more
