On April 21, Business Career Connections (BCC) hosted the City and County of Denver for an exclusive mini career fair and panel discussion at the University of Colorado Denver Business School in the Laube Commons. Over 80 students and alumni attended. Additionally, 21 city employees were present to discuss the vast job opportunities with their departments. Three esteemed professionals from the City and County of Denver sat on the panel and discussed their careers, how they made a difference in the city, upcoming initiatives, and what types of employees the city looks for to hire.   Read more

On April 9th, between 70 and 80 students at the University of Colorado Denver Business School were joined for an evening information session by Kaiser Permanente. Dr. Todd Trautman, Senior Manager Clinical Informatics and Decision Support and Joseph Crimando, Senior Technical Manager were the main presenters. Every year the Business School Alliance for Health Management (BAHM) holds a prestigious case study competition between top health administration students, presenting the winners with $10,000 in prize money. This year, the competition will be held at the CU Denver Business School on April 18, 2015.  Past competitions have been located at Harvard Business School, Fuqua School of Business at Duke University and Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management.  Read more

Students broke out the professional attire and companies brought out their top recruiters in this year’s spring Career Fair. The Career Fair was organized by the CU Denver Business School’s Business Career Connections (BCC)  and featured 24 employers and two professional organizations. This year’s career fair had the most attendees sign up – which totaled 250 students.  Read more

Business Career Connections at the University of Colorado Denver Business School will host its third career fair Tuesday, March 10th, in the lobby of the Business School building. The Business School is located at 1475 Lawrence Street, at the corner of 15^th and Lawrence streets in Downtown Denver.
