CU Denver Business School/Encana to present distinguished lecturer
The J.P. Morgan Center for Commodities at the University of Colorado Denver Business School will host Kenneth B. Medlock III, PhD, for the first Encana Distinguished Lecture Series event on April 15. Medlock is the James A. Baker III and Susan G. Baker Fellow in Energy and Resource Economics at Rice University’s Baker Institute for Public Policy and the senior director of the Center for Energy Studies, as well as an adjunct professor and lecturer in the Department of Economics at Rice University. CU Denver Students Aim for Large Returns in Commodities Competition
Students from the University of Colorado Denver Business School are competing for the first time in the annual CME Group Commodity Trading Challenge. The challenge pits teams from Universities around the world in a competition trading on Crude Oil, Gold and Corn Futures in, with teams compiling the greatest returns advancing to a championship round.
