    For inspiration in business and in life, Julie Austin doesn’t need to look far. All she has to do is talk to her mother and grandmother. Julie, 22, will be the third generation in her family to graduate from the CU Denver Business School when she finishes her studies next year. Her mother, Christie Austin, 61, and her grandmother, Emily Hamrick, 87, are both successful businesswomen.  Read more

  • CSIS doctoral program undergoes redesign to get students job market ready

    Launched in 2002, the CU Denver Business School Computer Science Information Systems (CSIS) doctoral program is a combined initiative with the College of Engineering and Applied Science’s Computer Science and Engineering department and the Business School’s Information Systems program. The goal of the program is to provide next generation thought leaders to the global workforce, whether that be in the business community or academia.  Read more

    From growing up homeless to becoming a single father, Geoffrey King has faced much hardship in his life. However, King never allowed these difficulties to keep him from pursuing his dreams. He is currently a senior pursuing a BSBA in Accounting and Finance with the support of a full-tuition scholarship, the Reisher Scholars Award.
