In early May, a group of students gathered at the CU Denver Business School to gain insight on a growing segment of the business world: women. The two-speaker panel served as the inaugural event for Women in Business, a new student club that launched this spring. The undergraduate team from CU Denver Business School placed second in the 2019 Daniels Fund Ethics Initiative’s Consortium Case Competition. The eighth annual Daniels Fund Ethics Initiative’s Consortium Case Competition took place April 11-12 in Denver. The Case Competition exposes college students to a thought-provoking business ethics case, similar to a situation that they might face in their professional careers.  Read more

The U.S. Department of Education has awarded CU Denver’s Institute for International Business $1.28 million in federal funding to continue operating a Center for International Business Education and Research (CIBER) for 2018-2022. This prestigious award distinguishes CU Denver as one of only 15 CIBERs in the country, the only CIBER in Colorado, and one of two in the Rocky Mountain region.   Read more
